What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working as a Deputy Nursery Manager or Senior Early Years Leader.
- Strong understanding of EYFS and best practice in early years care.
- Confident leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day operations, quality standards, and team leadership.
- Lead staff across rooms, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and creative learning environment.
- Help implement and enhance the curriculum, ensuring age-appropriate, high-quality activities.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Oversee compliance, safeguarding, and documentation in line with Ofsted requirements.
- Step into the Manager role when required, ensuring continuity and high-quality practice.
