What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed colleague to work as part of the pastoral support team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students during transition to lessons
• Provide support for start of lessons
• Support vulnerable students in lessons to engage
• Ensure site safety and safeguarding procedures
• Engage in mentoring and intervention programmes
• Complete duties at school social times
• Ensure school expectations are being met by students
• Build positive relationships with students and families
• Regular communication with families
