Summary

As Engagement and Network Lead for Test, Learn and Grow you will be a crucial part of the Programme’s aims to ‘grow’ test and learn as an approach across local and central government.

You will work across the breadth of the Programme, helping to inspire and enable local partners to share evidence, and to build a wider community across the public sector who want to and are able to share their practices.

The Minister recently launched a Test, Learn and Grow Network, and you'll help makes this a success and establish a network of local partners who have an interest in test and learn and build communities of practice that can build and share expertise in this approach.

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference to the way public services are delivered and can put in place the structures, systematic frameworks and stakeholder engagement strategies to build a coalition of support.

Main responsibilities

You will:

  • Lead our approach to developing a network of leaders and practitioners in local and central government who are energised and want to apply a test and learn approach
  • Identify audiences across local government, central government departments and the wider public services community and determine how best to build their interest and involvement
  • Build and sustain the Test, Learn and Grow Network for our partners, ensuring it has the right content, membership and interfaces to share practice, build interest and sustain relationships
  • Oversee a series of events to help build the movement, interest, awareness and knowledge of test and learn approaches
  • Work with Programme colleagues and those in place to find ways to tell and share stories about test and learn
