1 Full Time, Permanent L3/Grade 5 Senior Teaching Assistant –Specialist Resource Base35 hours per week (term-time)
Grade 5 (Sp 11 – 19 £28,142 - £32,061 pro rata basis)
The children, staff, and governors of Llanishen Fach Primary School wish to appoint a proactive, enthusiastic and creative Senior Teaching Assistant as soon as possible
The successful candidate will need to:
• significantly contribute to the ethos and values of our school;
• have high expectations of children’s achievement;
• have the ability to inspire and challenge children through an innovative and creative approach to learning in the classroom and outdoor learning environment;
• demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to nurture relationships with staff, pupils and parents;
• have commitment, be highly motivated and be able to contribute to our dedicated and enthusiastic team;
• be adaptable, resourceful, and innovative;
• have excellent communication and IT skills.
Under the Education (Wales) Act 2014, all School Learning Support Workers must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
