Hours: 37 hours per weekWe are looking to appoint a well-organised, experienced and capable school administrative support officer, who can manage our busy school office and administrative systems effectively. Experience in managing budgets and financial systems is especially important to succeed in the role. The successful candidate will need to be professional, patient and polite in dealing with many enquiries and requests from staff, pupils, parents and visitors on a daily basis. The successful candidate will also need to be confident in using ICT to manage administration. We are also keen for the successful candidate to take on the role of ‘clerk to the governors’, which will incur overtime. Our admin support officer is assisted by full time equivalent clerical assistants in the school office.
