The Governing Body of The Pear Tree Federation wishes to appoint one full time permanent Level 3, Grade 4 Admin support officer commencing as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be awarded a joint federation contract however will be predominantly based at Coryton Primary School.
We are a welcoming, family centred primary school looking for an enthusiastic and confident administrator to be our front of house adult. As the first point of contact for our families and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and supportive first impression. We’re looking for someone who is personable, patient, and adaptable - ready to handle a wide variety of tasks with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
The successful candidate will:
• Have experience of working in a primary school
• Have excellent ICT and digital skills – including use of SIMS/ Arbor
• Have excellent personal and interpersonal skills
• Have a good sense of humour
• Be a team player
• Previous knowledge and experience of school finance and administrative procedures
