Rainbow Forge Primary Academy is seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team and help ensure a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities
Promote positive behaviour and encourage safe, happy play during the lunchtime period
Supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Support pupils with eating, including promoting healthy choices and being mindful of dietary requirements and allergies
Assist with setting up, clearing, wiping down, and moving tables and trays in the dining hall
Provide appropriate support to pupils with personal care, mobility, feeding, or 1:1 needs where required
Deal calmly and effectively with minor accidents or behavioural incidents, reporting concerns appropriately
Maintain good order and discipline, safeguarding the wellbeing of all children
Follow school policies, procedures, and instructions relating to lunchtime arrangements
