The Operations Coordinator Role:
You’ll be the backbone of the day-to-day operations—managing diaries, travel, logistics, and follow-up for senior leaders and trainers. This role requires autonomy, precision, and foresight. Success means nothing gets missed, rushed, or creates stress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Own diary accuracy and clarity.
• Travel Coordination: Book and manage flights, trains, hotels, and transport.
• Training Logistics: Organise facilities and ensure post-training follow-up.
• MD Support: Assist with admin, research, and marketing coordination.
• Marketing Support: Help with newsletters, social media, and content.
What We’re Looking For:
• Highly organised and detail-focused.
• Proactive, accountable, and calm under pressure.

This Role Is NOT for You If:
• You dislike accountability or follow-through.
• You prefer reacting to problems rather than preventing them.
Why apply?
