Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to our users, resolving complex issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work closely with various teams to analyse and resolve technical problems, support the testing team, and contribute to the improvement of our systems and processes. Your key responsibilities will include handling 3rd line support tickets and coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues and supporting the Testing Team in creation of test suites and test plans.
Staff may be required to work on a rota basis, covering 5 out of every 7 days (or pro-rata for part time staff), which will include evening and weekend working during term time.
About you:
We are seeking candidates who are IT literate with knowledge of computer systems and experience of working with technical problems. You will have the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally and have analytical and problem-solving skills. An undergraduate degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experiential learning is required for this role.
