Summary
This is an opportunity to work for a very well-respected residential developer with solid values and great delivery. This developer has an iconic project in Hampshire and looking to bring on an experienced External Site manager in the house building sector.
This is a major project with several years to run on it, so we are looking for a Site Manager who is looking for longevity and a career. The project is two RC frame, high-rise residential towers, totalling over 200 units and you will be working with the team on the externals / Facade packages managing the various sub-contractors on site to achieve a high quality and on time finish to the project .
The ideal Site Manager will have externals experience, showing good understanding of various facade packages , Working on similarly sized RC frame mixed use projects in the past
This Site manager will be a people person, very good with the client and diplomatic in their approach with clients and team members alike. This Site manager will be responsible for external packages and managing a number of sub-contractors while reporting into a Project Manager on site .
