We're looking for a full-time Customer Experience Executive to join a welcoming, energetic team in Cheltenham. This is a role for someone who takes pride in helping customers, keeping things running smoothly, and ensuring every interaction is professional, positive, and memorable.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answering calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and a friendly approach

  • Processing orders accurately and keeping customers updated every step of the way

  • Handling queries, returns, or minor issues calmly and confidently

  • Coordinating with suppliers, couriers, and colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Suggesting ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

  • Occasionally supporting small quote adjustments or tweaks
