As a Registered Nurse, you will:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
• Administer medication and monitor residents' health.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to create care plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and the wider community.
• Promote a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.
• Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to their professional development.
We are seeking nurses who are:
• Qualified as Registered General Nurses (RGN).
• Compassionate, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering person-centred care.
• Experienced in nursing home care (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communicator with a team-oriented approach.

NMC PIN (Statement of Entry)

Eligibility to work

Health Reports (BCG, Varicella, MMR, Hep-B, Hep-C, Hep-B surface antigen, HIV)
A mandatory 6 months of experience working in the UK NHS as an RGN/RMN.
