Role Responsibilities (RGN/RMH)
· Provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care
· Administer medications and treatments accurately
· Monitor, assess, and record patient/service user conditions
· Support individuals with physical or mental health needs
· Respond appropriately to changes in condition or challenging situations
· Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
· Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
· Adhere to safeguarding, infection control, and clinical safety standards
Requirements
· Valid NMC registration (RGN/RMH)
· Minimum 6 months’ UK nursing experience
· Up-to-date clinical training (refreshers available)
· Right to work in the UK
· Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach
