Location: Crewe
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Co-ordinator
As our Sales Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
• Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery
• Preparing quotes, invoices, and other sales documents
• Maintaining internal systems, customer records, and order details
• Setting up new customer accounts and updating credit limits
• Supporting the Sales team with reports, presentations, and data
• Handling inbound calls and providing helpful, friendly customer service
• Making outbound calls to existing customers to follow up, gain orders, and identify upselling opportunities
• Advising customers on delivery timelines and order updates
• Resolving queries and managing customer complaints professionally
• Working with Finance to support credit control and chase overdue payments
• Approving orders that exceed original credit limits
• Managing diaries for Account Managers and Key Account Directors
• Coordinating daily internal meetings on order progress
• Supporting marketing activities and generating leads through proactive outbound calls
• Completing general office administration as required
What We’re Looking For
The ideal Sales Co-ordinator will have:
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Comfortable making outbound and cold calls
• Strong admin skills and high data-entry accuracy
• The ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships
• Confidence identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word essential)
• Experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or a similar role (manufacturing experience is beneficial)
• A proactive approach with the ability to work toward targets and deadlines
