We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Transactional Services Administrator to join our finance team, with a key focus
on sales ledger administration. If you enjoy working with numbers, take pride in accuracy, and like being at the heart of a
smooth-running finance function, this role will suit you well.

You’ll play a vital part in ensuring customer accounts are maintained accurately and cash is posted promptly, supporting the wider
business with reliable financial information.

Day to Day

* Accurately post and allocate customer payments to the correct accounts
* Maintain and update the sales ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded in a timely manner
* Investigate and resolve unallocated or misallocated cash
* Reconcile customer accounts and support month-end processes
* Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve queries professionally
* Support the finance team with general administrative and transactional tasks
* Assist in continuous improvement of processes and controls within the transactional services function




What will you bring?

* Experience in a finance or transactional services environment - sales ledger experience preferred
* Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confidence working with finance systems and Excel
* A proactive, organised approach to managing workload
* Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
