We are delighted to be supporting a newly established special needs school in Spalding (PE11), catering for children and young people aged 2-19 with a wide range of learning difficulties, disabilities and SEMH needs.
Pupils are taught in small, nurturing groups, allowing them to build trust, regulate emotions and re-engage positively with learning. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting their confidence, development and independence across a varied, life-skills-focused curriculum.
