If so, we'd love to welcome you to Active Care in the Home as a Night Support Worker.


About the role

You'll be supporting a 17-year-old young woman with complex health needs during the night, helping to ensure she feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while her family rests.

She lives in a loving family home in the peaceful rural village of North Somercotes (near Louth), along with her parents, siblings, and family pets.

This is a waking night role, working alongside another experienced Support Worker throughout each shift, so you're never alone and always supported.

(Because of the rural location, a car and driving licence are essential.)



When you'll work
  • Waking nights (11:00pm 8:00am)

  • Evenings (4pm-9pm)



What you'll need
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people

  • A kind, caring and patient personality

  • Reliability and flexibility

  • Good communication skills and teamwork

  • A driver with access to a car

(Full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided no complex care experience needed!)
