About the role

- Female Support Worker

- Full time - 37.5 hours per week

- Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11.

You'll be joining a dedicated team supporting four women aged 50+ in their home and in the community. Support needs vary, and you'll deliver both shared support and 1:1 support including occasional lone working.

This is an active and varied role where no two days are the same. You might be supporting someone to enjoy loud events, bike nights or monster rallies, or offering sensory interaction at home. Others love the cinema, meals out, people-watching or exploring new hobbies. Your role is to help build confidence, independence, and meaningful presence in the community.

Shifts consist of 13-hour long days, with rotating nights where you'll support all four women across the home. Nights will be worked on a rotating basis approximately once every 10-11 days, and more frequently during periods of colleague annual leave or sickness.
