You'll be providing overnight support to four women aged 50+. During waking nights, you will be lone working responding to each person's nighttime routines, health needs, and comfort.

Your role will include full personal care for three women, monitoring wellbeing, offering reassurance during unsettled periods, and using safe moving and handling equipment such as wheelchairs, hoists and an albac mat when required. You will also support around nutrition, hydration and maintaining a calm environment through the night.

These women enjoy an active daytime life, loud event nights, bike nights, monster rallies, cinema trips, sensory activities so your night support helps ensure they are rested, secure and ready for a meaningful and positive day ahead.
