Summary
Main Duties include; Analyse current systems at both Network and Practice level and seek ways to optimise them, liaising with PCN teams and practices Develop the networks digital strategy, recognising that member practices have individual needs, and priorities and manage/deliver the projects to make the strategy a reality Identify and plan improvements on a PCN and Practice Level, completing a full needs assessment of each member practice and the over-arching PCN Ensure all digital initiatives comply with GDPR and NHS Data Protection Standards Collaborate with the networks DPO and Governance Leads to ensure and embed privacy by design principles Support the completion of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new systems or processes Support the network and member practices both local and national initiatives, for example Blinx Paco, and any further new initiatives. Oversee the monitoring and development of initiatives such as IIF, Enhanced Access and other further services Implement robust monitoring and reporting systems for network services compliant with CQC requirements Explore develop and implement, where agreed, AI initiatives to support the network and practices to optimise workload and workflow Lead quality improvement projects to support improvements across existing service Attend required internal and external meetings, representing the PCN as and when require Support the PCN with data analysis to help inform decision making, service reviews, service design and redesign Manage the digital infrastructure of the Network Support with the development and maintenance of IT elements such as the Network Intranet, Website and Social Media Contributing to the development of effective pathways between the network and other local service Support self care/self service by patient Support population health management, for example, developing a clear referral process for the Network into INT Deputise for the PCN manager in their absence Provide comprehensive reports, effectively presenting relevant information timely and in an easily readable format Support staff across PCN and Practices to partake in relevant training and/or CPD to achieve improvements Support staff across the PCN and Practices to effectively use existing and new technology systems and products to enable improvement Build and maintain good working relationships with PCN staff and Practice staff, ensuring a presence within each of the practices Build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders. Identify best practice and learning from other areas Support PCN member practices to adapt and apply specific policies and initiatives to local needs Contribute to the rollout of new technologies and digital inclusion efforts
