Ready to make an impact?
We’re looking for a PMO Coordinator to help drive effective governance, coordination and reporting across our projects and programmes. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring delivery meets agreed standards and frameworks, providing accurate and timely information that supports decision-making for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Working closely with the PMO Lead and wider delivery teams, you’ll play a key role in maintaining project documentation, supporting assurance and governance activities, and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged. You’ll also assist Project and Programme Managers in applying best practice processes, ensuring delivery is consistent, transparent and aligned with organisational standards.
If you’re highly organised, detail oriented and passionate about supporting successful project delivery, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You’ll be entrusted to:
· Manage shared PMO mailboxes and respond promptly to enquiries.
· Keep databases, registers and project management tools updated.
· Prepare dashboards, meeting packs and forward look plans for programme and project boards.
· Arrange meetings, write agendas, take action notes and ensure decisions are captured.
· Support governance routines by collating papers, tracking outputs and maintaining standards.
· Administer project documentation, carry out audits and ensure compliance with agreed processes.
· Track change requests and resource allocation needs.
· Support reporting requirements, including risks, issues and highlight reports, using Power Bi where needed.
· Update client-facing portals and trigger workflows to keep information flowing.
· Escalate risks, delays or issues that may impact delivery, cost or benefits.
Does this sound like you?
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have…
· Experience in project coordination or a similar role with varied workloads.
· Excellent planning, organisation and multitasking skills.
· Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
· Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.
· A methodical approach with strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
· An understanding of reporting, KPIs and project management processes (Power Bi and PMO experience are desirable but not essential).
· Ability to prioritise, use initiative and work well under time pressure.
· Flexible, proactive approach with a commitment to high performance and excellent customer service.
· Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team.
