Summary


We are looking for a professional, motivated and caring Team Secretary on a 12 month fixed term contract to work 18.75 hours per week (0.5 WTE) within our South Admin Team to cover Maternity Leave. The post holder will provide an efficient, effective and confidential secretarial and senior administrative support service to the Community Mental Health Teams based at Swallownest Court, Aughton Road, Sheffield.



The post holder will be the initial liaison contact for staff and deal with referrals, correspondence and the effective dissemination of information. Participate in ensuring efficient day to day management of the administration office, including booking meetings, events and meeting rooms. Administration and note taking of multi-disciplinary meetings, ensuring actions are communicated. Link in with the Administration Manager and Development Support Team on monitoring data quality issues and data cleansing. Supervision of Band 2 Receptionist / Call Handlers where appropriate.
