Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Temporary Accommodation Team, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Implement policies and procedures to comply with local housing regulations and best practices.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and community organizations.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure high standards of service.
Conduct regular assessments of temporary accommodation facilities to ensure compliance and safety.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise service delivery.
Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.
Requirements
Proven experience in housing management or a similar role related to temporary accommodation.
Strong leadership and staff management skills with a track record of team development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of housing policies, regulations, and best practices related to temporary accommodation.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex cases effectively.
Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £26.94
