Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications and activities.
Facilitate meetings between stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and timelines.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, updates, and progress tracking.
Coordinate project schedules and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
Support the project management team in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to assess satisfaction and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination or liaison role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools and software applications.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence positive outcomes.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £25.12
