Summary
About the Role
Reclamet is looking for an Assistant Vehicle & Parts Stock Controller to support our parts sales operation. You will help prepare vehicles for dismantling and online listing by inspecting, testing, valeting, photographing, and entering accurate vehicle information into our CRM system. This role is ideal for someone with strong vehicle knowledge, good attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inspecting and testing vehicles and parts
Identifying damage, missing components, or defects
Recording vehicle data (VIN, mileage, condition, etc.)
Taking clear, high-quality photographs for listings
Writing accurate and appealing vehicle descriptions
Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
Following all company procedures and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of vehicle makes, models, and components
Good photography skills and eye for detail
Computer literate, ideally with CRM experience
Familiarity with eBay Motors or similar platforms
Ability to work well within a team
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Physically able to carry out hands-on tasks
