We’re looking for a skilled Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Prepper to join our busy bodyshop team. You’ll play a vital role in preparing vehicles and parts to the highest standards, from prep work to finishing coats — ensuring every job leaves our workshop looking its absolute best. If you take pride in your attention to detail, thrive in a hands-on environment, and enjoy producing quality finishes, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
Prepping vehicles and panels for spraying, including sanding, masking, and priming
Mixing and matching paints to exact specifications
Applying base coats, top coats, and lacquer with precision
Repairing surface imperfections and ensuring smooth finishes
Maintaining a clean, safe spray booth and prep area
Working to deadlines while keeping quality first
Supporting other workshop tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a vehicle paint sprayer or prepper (essential)
Strong knowledge of refinishing techniques, paint types, and application methods
High attention to detail with a focus on quality finishes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to health & safety practices
A positive, reliable, and professional approach
