We are now seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Advisor to join our busy office team. You’ll be the first point of contact for trade and retail customers — handling enquiries, processing orders, and supporting the sales of recycled vehicle parts across the UK and abroad.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to phone, email, and online enquiries for vehicle parts
Accurately identifying and quoting parts using our internal systems
Processing orders, payments, and delivery details
Liaising with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely fulfilment
Supporting the Transport team with updates and customer communication
Maintaining accurate customer and order records in the CRM system
Delivering excellent customer service and helping achieve departmental sales targets
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Experience in parts sales, automotive, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
Good IT and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail
A proactive and positive attitude, able to work well under pressure
A team player who can build rapport with customers and colleagues
