Summary

Working hours: 14:00 - 22:00
Pay rate: £12.32
We are looking for a Hygiene Operative to provide excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. The role holder will be responsible for meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
In your new role, you will carry out general facilities and Low Risk hygiene tasks including but not limited to washing equipment, walls, floor & overheads, mopping floors, belt cleaning & using scrubbing/sweeping equipment, cleaning communal areas, toilets, canteen etc.
We are looking for someone who can work under limited supervision to ensure that the highest standards of visual and microbiological hygiene are always maintained across all areas of the site. You will also need to liaise closely with Hygiene Supervisor/Shift Manager , working with chemicals and ensure containers are labelled and locked at all times. You will be required to operate cleaning equipment and complete deep sanitation.
Previous experience as a food manufacturing cleaner is desirable but not compulsory as full training will be provided. You will need to be able to dismantle equipment and machinery, handle and use chemical.
