This is a permanent, on-site role based in Surrey, offering the chance to make a real impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.

- Drive problem-solving sessions using tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams.
- Monitor KPIs and maintain quality dashboards to track performance.
- Partner with stakeholders across production, engineering, and supply chain to enhance quality control.
- A STEM degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in manufacturing or production environments.
- Expertise in Lean principles and process optimisation.
- Advanced experience with 8D methodology and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of plastics/injection moulding or experience in the life sciences industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic team setting.
