- Collaborate with operations and engineering to embed Right First Time principles.
- Lead audits and compliance programs with rigor and transparency.
- Coach and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
- Proven Expertise: 5+ years in quality leadership within manufacturing or regulated environments.
- Technical Strength: Deep knowledge of ISO standards, QMS platforms, and analytical tools.
- Change Agent: Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation.
- Leadership: Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive results across functions.
- Digital fluency with ERP and analytical platforms.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Strong risk management and data-driven decision-making.
- Innovative approach to quality and sustainability.
