  • Supporting Housing Officers in the maximisation of rental income, including monitoring housing benefit entitlements and generating legal documentation in relation to possession.
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties and specific project work as required, such as completing tenancy changes on the system.
  • Promoting equality, inclusion, and safeguarding across all interactions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to improve services and share best practice.

This is a role where no two days are the same - you'll be problem-solving, supporting customers, and contributing to the smooth running of our housing services.

  • Experienced in administration and customer service (minimum 6 months).
  • Confident with IT systems, especially Microsoft Office.

  • Passionate about inclusion, fairness, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Qualifications such as GCSEs in English and Maths (A-C) and/or QCF Level 2 in Business Administration are required, with a willingness to continue learning and developing.

What We Offer

  • A supportive, collaborative team culture.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • The chance to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
  • 22 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays
  • Reward and recognition awards
  • Ongoing training and development & opportunities to progress in your role through the Orwell Academy
  • Wellbeing programme
  • Cashback Health plan
  • Access to Blue Light Card - membership fees apply.
