Working closely with the Operations Manager you will ensure compliance functions are achieved and carried out to the highest standard.
Key Duties include:
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, data entry and report writing.
• Managing MOT, tacho certificates and logbooks and chase outstanding paperwork and documents.
• Book relevant tests for vehicles and ensure they are serviced to legal requirements.
• Planning and arranging equipment inspections and recording results.
• Assist in any projects as directed by the Operations Manager and update them on any legal obligations to be complied with.
To be considered for the role of Compliance Administration candidates must have previous exposure within a compliance role and intermediate IT skills including Excel and Word. A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy is essential for the role as is the ability to be self-motivated.
