Your new role
In your new role, you will work in the QHSE department, supporting the manager with QHSE projects, daily queries from the team and administrative upkeep of files, policies and procedures. Your role will see you commit to data integrity, administer the electronic QHSE system and maintain accurate records. You'll use Microsoft Packages on a daily basis, in particular Word and Excel. You may be asked to assist with quality meetings, minutes and action tracking.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires you to have a keen eye for detail and be able to track and record information accurately and with sufficient detail. You'll use Excel trackers, word documents, pre-written templates, Outlook and Teams and strong IT skills are essential. You will also upload documents to SharePoint, so previous experience of this system would be beneficial. You'll work as part of a small and busy team and seek opportunities to work effectively and prioritise key tasks. Previous experience in a compliance or QHSE environment would be beneficial but not essential. This role will require you to work in-office alongside the rest of the team, so you would be required to commute to Bridge of Don. Your working hours will be 8:30-4:30pm.
What you'll get in return
This role offers an immediate start, with full-time hours and a likely contract of up to 6 months. This role also may become permanent.
