Crynodeb

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify process improvements, and translate requirements into actionable insights and documentation. This role is key to ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency.

Develop functional specifications, workflows, and process maps.

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends.

Assist in creating test plans, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating system changes.

Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.

Support change management activities, including training and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Confluence, Visio or similar.

Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
