Summary

Machine Operative

Lopen | £25,900 to £38,800 per annum (depending on shift) | Monday to Friday | 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am | Permanent | Join a growing production team in a clean, organised and supportive environment with full training provided.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for Machine Operatives to join their production team in Lopen. The role involves maintaining production quality and efficiency while following strict health and safety standards.

Key Duties
  • Operate production machinery after training.

  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.

  • Accurately complete all required shift documentation.

  • Identify and report equipment faults or safety concerns.

  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation.

  • Perform regular product inspections for compliance.

Requirements
  • Willingness to learn and follow training processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required.
