Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of estate services.
Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Organize and execute community events and meetings to enhance resident engagement.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, maintenance schedules, and tenant communications.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for estate services activities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in facilities management, estate services, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estate management software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Customer service-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 16:00
