ASW - Social Work Officer PO1
Description

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and circumstances.
Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Provide counseling and support to clients facing various personal and social challenges.
Facilitate workshops and group sessions to educate clients on relevant topics.
Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary services and resources.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
Collaborate with community organizations, agencies, and service providers to streamline client support.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Relevant social work experience, particularly in community outreach and case management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Knowledge of community resources and services available for client support.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
A commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.95
