Do you believe in the power of arts and culture to improve wellbeing, strengthen communities and spark social change?

We’re seeking a dynamic and resourceful person to join our Culture, Libraries and Information team. In this varied role you will collaborate with the wider Culture team and a range of internal and external partners to design, deliver and evaluate projects that bring the Creu Conwy Cultural Strategy to life and advance its vision of: Culture creating the spark for economic growth, wellbeing and connection.

You will have proven experience of delivering a busy programme of grant-funded projects and a talent for building meaningful relationships with communities and stakeholders. Identifying local needs, bringing people and organisations together, and creating opportunities for collaboration will be central to this role.
