Calderdale College is offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking individual with a passion for quality assurance and driving high performance to join our Quality Department.

We are seeking a highly organised professional with exceptional communication and customer service skills, a creative problem-solving mindset, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.

As Quality Manager, you will work closely with internal and external partners to implement and embed effective quality systems and ensure that policies and procedures are in place to support the College in achieving outstanding outcomes for students and apprentices.
You will be student focussed, target driven with a focus on achieving high standards, experienced in working with awarding organisations and demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach to quality assurance, audit, improvement, and performance monitoring. You will utilise strong analytical skills and work with meticulous attention to detail, to support the Head of Quality to ensure the highest standards are consistently met.
