Summary
Completely Care is partnering with a well-known and respected care company to recruit experienced Agency Senior Care Workers in the Cwmbran area. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your care career, with flexible shifts and rewarding work supporting others.
Shifts: Days and Nights
As a senior support worker you will:
Supervise and oversee shifts, ensuring smooth operation of the service.
Liaise with healthcare professionals, staff, and families to provide coordinated care.
Assist with medication administration safely and accurately.
Work in a person-centred way, prioritising clients’ needs.
Support moving and handling, using equipment such as hoists safely.
Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meals, and light domestic duties.
Offer companionship and build positive relationships with clients.
Maintain accurate records and keep documentation up to date.
Requirements:
6 months UK senior care experience.
Training in medication administration.
NVQ Level 3 in health and social care
An enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one.
A caring personality and a strong desire to support others.
