Summary

We are looking for a Leasehold Services Officer to join our team who will build professional relationships with our customers and provide an excellent customer service.

This role is diverse, and you could be dealing with leasehold management enquiries or consulting with customers regarding proposed major works one moment and then working on arrears recovery the next. You will also be responsible for providing a leasehold management service to your own sheltered leasehold schemes.

About you:

You will be a great communicator and have excellent numeracy skills.

As you will be handling queries and applications from a range of customers, you will have experience of working in a customer focussed environment with the ability to use initiative, tact, and sensitivity. A real people person, you can understand and relate to the customers where needed.

It would be great if you had property management experience, and experience in debt recovery and leasehold management, but this is not essential.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle or alternative transport.
