Summary
Are you a skilled and HCPC-registered Vascular Sonographer seeking a dynamic, short-term assignment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Vascular Technologist to join a dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will independently perform and report on a wide range of complex vascular ultrasound examinations, playing a key part in patient diagnosis and treatment pathways. Main Duties of the Role In this role, you will be the specialist in vascular ultrasound, taking full responsibility for a diverse caseload. Your core duties will include performing independent, high-quality duplex scans across cerebrovascular, peripheral arterial, and venous systems. You will analyse complex data in real-time, producing clear and definitive diagnostic reports for clinicians. A key part of your work will involve providing expert advice to the multi-disciplinary team, directly influencing patient management plans. Your expertise ensures the delivery of a safe, efficient, and patient-focused diagnostic service throughout your assignment.
