Leadership & Supervision:To provide supervision, support, and guidance to junior staff, support workers, and OT students on practice placements. MDT Collaboration:To work collaboratively as an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT), contributing specialist OT perspectives to care planning and risk management. Service Development:To contribute to the development and evaluation of the OT service and to lead on specific projects or areas of clinical practice. Professional Conduct:To maintain high standards of professional conduct and HCPC registration at all times, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
