Summary
Assistant Carer/ Home Carer
We are looking for people who enjoy helping older people to live fulfilling lives. The job involves visiting people in their own homes in the Leyland and Chorley area. We have a range of hours available between the hours of 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week. Please note car ownership is essential for this role and we are unable to accept overseas sponsored workers.
Tasks
Helping clients with personal care
Companionship
Making meals and drinks
Prompting medication
Light housework
Shopping
Transport to medical and social appointments
And much more...
The Role
We have a range of hours and days available from 10 hours to c30 hours per week
Previous experience is not essential as paid training/shadowing is provided
We only cover Chorley/Leyland to reduce your travel time and fuel
We pay competitive wages, extra at weekends and Bank Holiday enhancements
Petrol mileage paid, uniform and PPE provided, NEST pension
We are a strong enthusiastic positive team
We can only consider car drivers and cannot consider sponsored workers.
