I am a solo mum of two lovely children (aged 4 and 2). Due to my disability (ME/CFS) and other chronic health conditions, I struggle with extreme fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, and dizziness, which effects my ability to get myself and my children ready each morning. I am looking for support with getting my day started on weekdays, i.e. medication reminder, preparing breakfast (and prepping lunch in advance) and help with life admin and/or light housework such as laundry and clearing up after breakfast depending on the day. I’ll also benefit from prompting to either exercise or rest depending on my energy levels and flare ups each day. Hours can be either 7am – 9:30am Mon – Thu inclusive, or 5pm – 7:30pm Sun – Wed inclusive (but supporting with dinner instead of breakfast). I am autistic and greatly value direct communication. Experience of neurodiversity (especially autism and ADHD) would be beneficial. I hope to develop a strong working relationship
