As Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering team and be accountable for the engineering function and overall engineering strategy for the business. This diverse and exciting role includes leading proactive maintenance, driving continuous improvement, and promoting engineering excellence across the site while delivering projects.
Leading the engineering team will require you to be a great coach and mentor, possessing the gravitas to lead by example and ensuring your presence is felt across the team and site.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, along with the confidence to present new ideas, findings, results, and plans to key stakeholders.
We are looking for a qualified and highly experienced Engineering Leader with a proven track record in engineering leadership within the FMCG sector.
