Summary
Some previous experience in Health Care and working in a hospital setting NVQ or equivalent Education to GCSE or equivalent level of education in Maths and English Previous experience of working with people with illness, disability or injury Previous experience of Public Sector work Ability to work autonomously to achieve required targets IT skills, capable of using and interrogating IT data systems in support of the discharge role Experience or understanding of patient flow and discharge planning, Able to establish and maintain a safe practice environment for self and others.
