Summary

Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Driver - Darwen

£15.50 per hour | £25 night out | 07:00 starts | Ongoing work up to Christmas

We're currently recruiting Class 1 Tramper Drivers for ongoing work based out of Darwen, with consistent 07:00 starts and regular nights out. This is an excellent opportunity to secure steady work leading up to Christmas, with competitive pay and a supportive transport team.

The Role:

  • Driving a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle - general haulage work

  • Tramping Monday to Friday (occasional weekends available)

  • Start times around 07:00 each day

  • Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring loads are safely secured

  • Accurate completion of delivery paperwork and adherence to driver hours and regulations

Pay & Benefits:

  • £15.50 per hour (PAYE)

  • £25 night-out allowance

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

  • Minimum 6 months' Class 1 driving experience (tramping preferred)

  • No more than 6 penalty points (no DD/DR/IN endorsements)

  • Professional, reliable, and flexible approach
