Summary

We are looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor / Surveyor to join our team.

The primary role is to visit clients, conducting legionella risk assessments for various clients and subsequently produce legionella risk assessment reports when necessary. There will also be remedial work such as descaling involved. The role is to cover Greater London and surrounding areas. The maybe the need to occasionally stay away- an overnight allowance is paid. Flexibility to manage your own diary and working times is required
Benefits Package - Starting salary between £28,000-£35,000 per year depending on experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience: Qualified legionella risk assessor with experience of on site surveys Sound knowledge of HSG274 parts 2 and 3 Good knowledge of hot and cold water systems (Cooling towers not required)

Advantaged and Increased salary range for Experience and knowledge of HSG274 Part 2 and 3, ACoP L8, BS8580 Experience of risk assessing social housing and council properties
