Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early stages of learning and development?
We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Formby.
Key Responsibilities:
Support children aged 3-5 in nursery and reception settings.
Assist with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with class teachers and other staff to promote positive outcomes.
Requirements:
Experience working in early years or nursery settings.
A caring and patient approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistant) desirable
